Tahli Blicblau

CEO, Dor Foundation

Eradicate Hate:
2026

Tahli Blicblau is the inaugural CEO of The Dor Foundation, an Australian not-for-profit established to combat rising antisemitism and hate. Dor, meaning ‘generation’, builds the evidence, insights and coordinated action needed to understand contemporary antisemitism and hate, and prevent it from further eroding social cohesion.

Tahli brings nearly two decades of experience in law, law enforcement, intelligence and communal leadership, with most of her career focused on preventing, reducing and disrupting serious, organised crime and terrorism. She held senior executive roles in the public service, most recently as Director of Strategic Intelligence and Capabilities at the New South Wales Crime Commission, where she worked from 2010 to 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Science in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from University College London.

Outside her professional role, Tahli chairs the Allocations Committee of the Jewish Communal Appeal, the central philanthropic body for the Sydney and Canberra Jewish communities. Following the Bondi Beach terrorist attack on 14 December 2025, in which 15 people were killed, Tahli served on the Jewish community’s Crisis Leadership Team and remains on its Recovery Taskforce. A volunteer Surf Life Saver and seventh-generation Jewish Australian, she found the Bondi Beach attack a deeply personal and painful reminder of the urgency of our collective work to eradicate hate.

The Summit offers a unique opportunity to confront the corrosive influence of bigotry and hatred in our society. In order for us to address these challenges, we first must acknowledge their painful and destructive impact in our communities and in our country. I am grateful to serve as a Global Advisor to this timely and powerful initiative.
