Eradicate Hate believes everyone has a role in preventing hate-fueled violence, and we are dedicated to meeting people where they are and bringing them together with others committed to this goal. Through programs, working groups, and our annual Global Summit, Eradicate Hate supports academics, professionals, students, parents, survivors, law enforcement, health care providers, and more in forging solutions to this global challenge. Internship Opportunities

The Eradicate Hate internship program helps shape the next generation of professionals in violence prevention through meaningfully contributing to our programs, working groups, and the Global Summit.

We offer students and recent graduates paid internships for up to 14 weeks each spring, summer, and fall to help us drive the development and deployment of effective approaches to reduce hate-fueled violence.

We seek undergraduates, graduate students, PhD candidates, and JD candidates from across disciplines to support our work. We highly encourage those in mental and behavioral health, public policy, law, education, sociology, criminology, communications, data science, digital development, marketing and PR, and graphic design to apply.

Our internship program is offered entirely remote or hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA, or Washington, D.C. Interns receive a stipend of $4,000 and are expected to contribute between 25-35 hours per week. All eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Dates and Deadlines

All positions for our Fall 2026 internship program have been filled.
Fall 2026 Intern Program Dates: September 8 – December 4, 2026.

Spring 2027 program: January 19, 2027 – April 23, 2027
