Lunell Haught teaches in Gonzaga University’s Masters and Doctoral Programs in Leadership. As the owner of Haught Strategies she has consulted on management and organizational issues, frequently focusing on conflict resolution, with local and state governments, as well as for-and non-profit organizations. She has presented her work at international conferences. She has earned the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Institute for Management Consulting,
Prior to owning her management consulting practice, she administered the first college degree completion program for the US Navy in the western Pacific, implemented the original Federal Title IX program for Humboldt State University, was the Operations Manager for the Washington State Centennial Summer Games and developed an International Trade program in conjunction with the US Department of Commerce and Spokane Falls Community College. She is past president of the League of Women Voters of Washington and a member of the board of directors for the Washington Coalition for Open Government.

To me, Eradicate Hate was the most important gathering of 2021 for those of us who work on issues related to domestic extremism and organized hate. The Summit uniquely combined a variety of perspectives, including experts, civil society representatives, politicians and policymakers, and the families and loved ones of victims. Eradicate Hate has the important mission of standing against the rising tide of hate and extremism in our society, and it’s an honor to be able to support this mission.
