Dr. Leslie Braksick —entrepreneur, CEO coach, board member, and author—is a behavioral scientist and advisor to boards and senior executives during times of vital strategic change. As Co-Founder of MyNextSeason, she leads an organization dedicated to helping professionals, from college-aged students to retiring executives, move along the career continuum—finding purpose, joy, and success in their lives.

Over the course of her career, Leslie has been a trusted advisor for hundreds of CEO and leadership successions and an inspiring coach to leaders preparing for their early years at the helm. Previously, she co-founded and served as CEO, President, and Board Chair of Continuous Learning Group, Inc. (CLG), a global behavioral consulting firm that guides Fortune 500 companies in developing leaders, implementing change, and improving performance.

Leslie was recently honored with the OBM Network Lifetime Achievement Award, given to individuals who have fundamentally advanced the understanding or application of behavioral principles in organizational settings. A respected thought leader in her field, her published works are used in graduate programs and corporations around the world.

Recognized for her life-long commitment to community and underserved populations, Leslie currently serves on the Board of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and on the Chief Global Officer Council of the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. She is an Emeritus Board Member of the Princeton Theological Seminary and a founding board member of the Eradicate Hate Global Summit.

The catalytic power of this Summit in bringing together those who are devoting their lives to pushing back and working to confront, understand and work towards solutions around hate in our society is a noble and difficult task. The Summit not only energized those who attended but led to connecting the dots in a global network of those doing this work. The stories of the victims of hate were painful to witness but their courage in coming forward was inspirational.
