Jennifer Ann Rae
School Principal, Abundant Life Christian School
2025
Jennifer Rae serves as Principal of Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin. She counts it a great honor to lead a Christ-centered community where students are encouraged to grow toward their full potential for God’s glory.
Since stepping into this role, Jennifer carries forward the rich legacy of ALCS, which has grown from 30 students at its founding in 1978 to now serving over 400 students from 3K through 12th grade. She is passionate about partnering with families, fostering spiritual formation, and equipping the next generation to live out their faith with courage and grace.
Jennifer’s leadership has been marked by resilience and a deep reliance on God especially through the tragic school shooting of December 2024. She believes “Challenger Strong” is more than a motto—it is a testimony to God’s sustaining strength and the unity He has built within the ALCS family and the community as a whole.

The effort to eradicate hate requires the active participation of every component of our society, to include governments, the private sector, communities of faith and indeed every aspect of civil society. There is no more urgent task in front of us. The organizers of the Eradicate Hate Global Summit are doing the United States and the world an enormous service by tackling hatred and extremism with a focus on honest dialogue and conversation, genuine learning and practical solutions. This will not happen overnight, but the Pittsburgh community’s leadership in this effort is genuinely inspiring and motivating.
