Christie Joseph is the SVP of People and Business Administration at Pegula Sports and Entertainment, LLC (PSE) and has over 20 years of human resources experience. Christie is responsible for overseeing all people and culture initiatives for PSE, Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, KeyBank Center, Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Americans, Blue Cross Arena, Rochester Knighthawks, LECOM Harborcenter, Academy of Hockey, and Hospitality operations in New York. She is also the executive leader at PSE. Christie has been with the organization since 2014.
Christie has experience in multiple industries including sports and entertainment, technology sales and distribution, oil and gas, healthcare, and retail. She graduated from Oswego State University with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute, is a certified Strategic Human Resources Business Partner through the Human Capital Institute and was awarded the HR Professional of the Year award in 2012 from the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association.
Christie lives in Western New York with her husband and two children.
