
Dr. Antoine Baudon

Antoine Baudon serves as the Finance and Administration Director at the Egmont Institute, where he focuses on developing innovative financing strategies and approaches for organizational sustainability. Previously, he was the Business Manager and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) from 2023 to 2025, where he co-led the strategic development of the ICCT Monitoring & Evaluation Centre of Excellence.
Prior to joining ICCT, Antoine served as a Finance and Administration Manager for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Malakal, South Sudan. He also worked as a Project Manager in Logistics for ICRC, with field missions spanning 10+ countries.
Antoine holds a PhD from Durham University, where he researched French individuals’ engagement and disengagement from jihadi organisations. His doctoral thesis was translated into French and published as “Les enjeux du désengagement des jihadistes.”
At the Summit

To me, Eradicate Hate was the most important gathering of 2021 for those of us who work on issues related to domestic extremism and organized hate. The Summit uniquely combined a variety of perspectives, including experts, civil society representatives, politicians and policymakers, and the families and loved ones of victims. Eradicate Hate has the important mission of standing against the rising tide of hate and extremism in our society, and it’s an honor to be able to support this mission.
