Aman is a consultant, advisor, and team builder with 15 years of experience helping organizations to develop product strategies and implement data tools. He is an advisor to Not in Our Town and the team developing data strategy for the Community Hate and Bias Action Teams. Aman works with values-aligned initiatives in the life sciences, health, and energy sectors. In recent years his work has focused on the organizational and sector level in civil society, including academic product teams, non-profits, and foundations. A leading advocate for effective and conscientious applications of data, Aman works with teams to develop processes and organizational structures that lead to sustainable outcomes. Aman is the founding leader of the Fenris network, a senior member of The Data Guild (an impact-driven data product studio), co-founder of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of DataKind, and serves on the board of Aspiration.

To me, Eradicate Hate was the most important gathering of 2021 for those of us who work on issues related to domestic extremism and organized hate. The Summit uniquely combined a variety of perspectives, including experts, civil society representatives, politicians and policymakers, and the families and loved ones of victims. Eradicate Hate has the important mission of standing against the rising tide of hate and extremism in our society, and it’s an honor to be able to support this mission.
