Alyssa Mendoza has served as Head of DE&I Business Integration at Activision Blizzard since December 2022. In this role, she focuses on incorporating inclusive practices into every aspect of Activision Blizzard’s operations, from designing more inclusive and welcoming games to engaging diverse suppliers and promoting inclusive data reporting.
Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Alyssa spent 12 years at Accenture as a strategist focused on inclusion and diversity, employee experience, leadership development, and change adoption. During her tenure, she served on the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Practice Leadership Team where she helped develop thought leadership and practice strategy for the newly formed client-serving practice.
Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and is based in Philadelphia.
The catalytic power of this Summit in bringing together those who are devoting their lives to pushing back and working to confront, understand and work towards solutions around hate in our society is a noble and difficult task. The Summit not only energized those who attended but led to connecting the dots in a global network of those doing this work. The stories of the victims of hate were painful to witness but their courage in coming forward was inspirational. Those who attended left energized with the hope that by working together solutions can be forged.
