Alexa Leckrone
Intern, Eradicate Hate Global Summit
Alexa Leckrone is a full-time Nonprofit Management and Administrative Intern assisting with logistics and planning for the 2025 Eradicate Hate Global Summit. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh specializing in security and intelligence studies and policy analysis. Following graduation, Alexa hopes to work in the non-profit sector or conduct policy research. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing piano, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
My network of professionals working on countering hate in all its forms grew exponentially after attending Eradicate Hate in 2021. The myriad voices represented at Eradicate Hate, from big tech companies to academic researchers to those with lived experience, reinforced to me the importance of cross-cutting and collaborative approaches to counter hate and its devastating impacts on society. I’ve been fortunate to sustain and build those networks with many of those I met at Eradicate Hate in 2021.
