Dr. Alfred Garwood is a Holocaust survivor, physician, psychiatrist, and internationally respected expert on trauma whose life reflects extraordinary resilience and purpose. Born in the Przemyśl Ghetto and imprisoned in Bergen-Belsen as a child, he has dedicated his career to advancing the understanding of psychological trauma and ensuring the lessons of the Holocaust continue to educate and inspire future generations.
