The Community Relations Service serves communities, advocacy groups, and government agencies that are affected by hate crimes and incidents, bias-driven disputes, threats to places of worship, and other situations that divide communities. This breakout will draw on CRS’s insights and lessons on addressing the diverse faces of hate and bias, highlighting their tailored approaches for peacemaking and conflict resolution before, during, and after incidents of violence.
