⧉ Still Standing: A Blueprint for Sustainable Hate Prevention

Local groups and civic institutions have led anti-hate response and prevention efforts for decades, some tracing roots back to the 1960s. This workshop draws on that longevity, featuring organizations that have sustained their work through changing funding landscapes, political climates, and emerging threats. Panelists will share lessons on sustainable funding models, resident-led and city-sponsored efforts, and hybrid partnerships spanning campuses, schools, and businesses. A facilitated peer-to-peer discussion will follow that explores what has sustained decades-long collaboration, what has hindered it, and how lasting partnerships translate into long-term hate prevention.
