Michael Grey is an assistant district attorney with the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. He works in the Civil Rights Division focusing on law enforcement transparency and accountability. Previously,
Mr. Grey worked as a staff attorney at Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights—New Orleans’s juvenile public defender office. He is a board member of Ubuntu Village and the New Orleans Youth Alliance.
The Summit offers a unique opportunity to confront the corrosive influence of bigotry and hatred in our society. In order for us to address these challenges, we first must acknowledge their painful and destructive impact in our communities and in our country.
