Haley Warden-Rodgers

Haley is a commercial litigator and former Assistant U.S. Attorney with significant experience litigating cases in state and federal court.As a member of the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Haley represented the United States in all aspects of criminal and civil appeals before the 3rd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. In her role as Civil Rights Coordinator, she vetted and investigated claims of civil rights violations.
Her private sector experience includes representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitrations, with a focus on high-stakes insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Haley was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Civil Rights Coordinator and Special Emphasis Program Manager for the LGBT Program in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Before that, she was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm.
Haley served as a senior law clerk for the Honorable Bruce Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Chatigny of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Before attending law school, Haley worked for Google in online advertising for small businesses. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Duke Law Journal Executive Board.
In 2021, Haley volunteered for 30-day volunteer assignment with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at the U.S.-Mexico border to assist at an emergency intake shelter for unaccompanied minor children. There, she provided “line of sight” child care and ensured physical and mental well-being of migrant children.
