Founder & CEO, Violence Prevention Network

Judy Korn, born in 1971, founder and executive director of Violence Prevention Network in Germany, has worked to counter extremism since she was 14 years old. The success of the approaches developed by her organization stem from Judy’s relentless commitment to a collaborative approach between intelligence/security services, law enforcement, policy makers, and non- profit P/CVE practitioners. “Only the continuous exchange of knowledge and expertise between diverse professional groups involved in the fight against extremism will enable us to continuously adapt our approaches to the increasingly complex ever-changing challenges posed by ever-evolving extremist scenes” expresses the foundational assumptions guiding all of her work. 

Judy is also supporting the Radicalization Awareness Network (RAN) of the European Commission since its foundation in 2010, is a Member of the European Safety Advisory Board of TikTok since January 2021 and a Member of the Independent Advisory Committee of the GIFCT since July 2022.
