Call for Proposals (2026)
Eradicate Hate seeks proposals on innovative sessions for its Global Summit, September 15-17, 2026. Proposals may take the form of breakouts, working sessions, special or side events, or tables. Our team is planning the keynotes and plenary sessions.
The Eradicate Hate Global Summit was born out of the October 2018 massacre at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue. The Global Summit brings together the world’s top minds in many sectors with survivors and policymakers to build relationships, work together, and develop and deploy solutions to prevent hate-fueled violence. Our website provides further information on the history and purpose of the Global Summit and prior speakers and topics.
The 2026 Global Summit will be organized around the theme, Bridging the Gaps. We have been processing the feedback from last year’s Summit, meeting with our global advisors, and learning from our partners to identify pressing gaps in the prevention field – and who is working on addressing those gaps through research and practical solutions.
Please submit proposals no later than Friday, March 20, 2026. We especially encourage partners to submit joint proposals in the spirit of cross-sector collaboration. Proposals may allow for contrasting viewpoints to be presented and discussed. Only fully developed proposals will be considered and they must meet several criteria:
- Cross-sector collaborations
- International perspectives
- Multiple perspectives and organizations
- Solutions to multiple forms of hate-fueled and targeted violence
We also always welcome novel ideas that have not been presented elsewhere.
Crafting the Global Summit agenda involves a lot of moving parts and requires an all-team effort! Please bear with us and expect to hear from us regarding all proposals by early- to mid-May. Note that we are likely to modify and blend accepted proposals and invite some persons to speak at the Summit even though their proposals are not accepted. Our team also crafts panels to feature some of the innovative work of our partners.
All speakers for the Summit should not register through our website or separately book their hotels. Instead, once invited to speak, they will receive a private link for their complimentary conference registration and hotel accommodations. We appreciate your compliance as this helps us avoid issuing refunds and avoids duplicative registrations.
For any questions, please email Neil Saul at nsaul@eradicatehatesummit.org.
Eradicate Hate reserves the right to adapt, combine, or adjust any proposal, speaker, or speaking engagement prior to the Summit on September 15-17, 2026.
